With christmas fast approaching, it's timley to consider your security measures at home over the holiday period, especially if you are away from home for a long period. The festive holiday season is a popular time for theives, so added caution is recommended.
Ensure your alarm system, if installed, is operational and any maintenance issues have been attended to. Make sure mail is collected and grounds are looked after, plus it's a good idea to turn the volume down on your phone, so it can't be heard from the street ringing and not being answered.
