 Neil Bailey ANZIIF, AFIIBA neil@baileysinsurance.co.nz
Neil is the company founder and managing director, he has insurance experience spanning more than 21 years. Neil is an Associate Fellow of the Insurance Brokers Association Inc, and a Senior Associate of the Australian and NZ Institute of Insurance and Finance. Baileys are an active participant in the new QPIB programme, which fosters continuing education standards for members of IBANZ, and Neil is now a Qualified Practicing Insurance Broker.
Barbara Bailey barbara@baileysinsurance.co.nz
Barbara has been in the insurance industry for more than 27 years, and has a wealth of knowledge from both an Insurer and Broker perspective. Her experience is of particular value as a director of the company.
 Peter McEvoy ANZIIF peter@baileysinsurance.co.nz
Peter has had 20 valuable years experience with major NZ Insurers, dealing with both brokers and direct clients, before joining Baileys. Peter specialises in commercial and liability insurance covers, with extensive knowledge in these areas. Peter is a Senior Associate of the Australian and NZ Institute of Insurance and Finance, and is also a Qualified Practising Insurance Broker.

Don has over 35 years experience in the insurance industry, 29 of those as a Broker in his own Company, and also in Partnership. Don is a fellow of the Insurance Brokers Association of New Zealand and is an expert in commercial insurance. He shared premises with Baileys for over 3 years before joining us in April 2005. Don is always at 'the Coal face', visiting clients on a regular basis to ensure their insurance covers are kept up to date. When not dealing with insurance, Don's keen interests are family, boating and tennis.
Shane Oliver ANZIIF (Snr Assoc) shane@baileysinsurance.co.nz
Shane Oliver joined the Baileys team in March 2006, having previously worked for AMP and then Vero Insurance Ltd in Takapuna. Shane is young and enthusiastic, has a wealth of knowledge and experience already, plus he has completed his insurance diploma. He assits us with our commercial clients and new business opportunities.
Shane's hobbies are 'all sports', but especially soccer, rugby, cricket and tennis.

Barb joined the company in September 2001, after time away from the work force to start a family. Her 2 daughters are now aged 10 and 14.
She has extensive insurance experience, and her attention to detail and helpfulness are an asset to you as a client.
Susan Master susan@baileysinsurance.co.nz
Susan joined us in May 2002 after working at NZI for 5 years dealing with both brokers and clients. Her knowledge of claims and how insurance companies operate is of real value, particularly because she ensures your claims are followed up on a regular basis.
Wendy Beardsmore wendy@baileysinsurance.co.nz
Wendy has worked in the insurance industry for over 20 years, in that time doing a variety of jobs, including Assistant Claims Manager, with a leading insurance company.
Wendy is married with 2 twin girls and lives on the North Shore. Apart from her busy family life, Wendy's interests include aerobics, the gym, music, cycling and gardening.

An integral part of the Baileys Insurance team, Russell May is a business risk management specialist working throughout New Zealand with businesses ranging from start-ups to inter-generational family businesses. Since becoming involved in a family farming operation in Central Otago in 1970, Russell has had 30+ years experience in business through his involvement in farming, retail, transport, real estate and insurance.
